Online
Online free and secure tutoring help is available to TUSD students at Tutor.com. Students may access Tutor.com through their Solano County Public Library account set up in Launchpad.
Follow these steps to access Tutor.com:
- sign into Launchpad
- open the LIBRARY RESOURCES folder
- select the light blue 'Solano County Public Library' icon
- from the top navigation menu bar, select '24/7 Digital Library'
- click on the 'tutor.com' link from the list on the right
- use your school Solano County Public Library Card account number = the letters tra followed by their student i.d. number (with no spaces). (For example, tra12345)
On-Campus
Students may also practice skills, watch tutorials, and study using the learning platform Khanacademy.org. This non-profit educational site offers resources, videos, and practice exercises for grades K - 12, college, and beyond, in almost all school subjects. Seen image below for example list of subjects. Students may sign up for a free account and learn more about Khan Academy here.
