Students can find HOOPLA through their Solano County Library (SCL) account. Select the Solano County Library icon in the Library Resources folder in your Launchpad account. Once on the SCL website, select the 24/7 Digital Library tab, then select the Hoopla Digital option from the listed platforms. You can log into Hoopla using your student Solano County Library card number, which consists of the letters tra followed by your student i.d. number. If a pin is required, it will be your birthday's two-digit month & two-digit day.
